Rosa's Cafe Builds Following on Burnside Ave.

Rosa's Cafe opened in December of 2020 and is now open for indoor dining as well as takeout and curbside pickup. A family-owned and operated business, it is located at 649 Burnside Avenue across from East Hartford's Public Safety Complex. It is open daily for breakfast and lunch.
