Horst Engineering Debuts New East Hartford Facility

Longtime East Hartford manufacturer Horst Engineering debuted their newly renovated facility at 141 Prestige Park Road in a ceremony on October 12th. They have consolidated all of their Connecticut operations to the facility, where they invested nearly $10 million in renovations. The space is twice as large as their previous home in East Hartford. Horst is a manufacturer of precision-machined components for aerospace and other industries. Horst began in Hartford in 1946, making components for the typewriter industry, and has been based in East Hartford since 1950.
