Goodwin University Launches Manufacturing Partnership & Training Center

Goodwin University, in partnership with the Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology, and Pratt & Whitney, all based in East Hartford, unveiled a new Advanced Composites Technology Center on October 26th.  The center received $5 million in state investment.  It will help to train workers in building aerospace components from composit materials.  Governor Ned Lamont said the center will help to support the manufacturing supply chain that has been impacted by COVID-19.
