Goodwin College to Build Commercial Space on Main Street

Goodwin College will be constructing a new, 23,000-square-foot commercial building at the corner of Main and Ensign Streets. The building includes space for a financial institution, restaurant, offices, and/or retail units. The cost is planned to be $8 million, and the expected opening date is in November of 2020. The new building will be the first phase of a planned college district, expanding Goodwin's campus from the Connecticut River to Main Street and providing a walkable neighborhood with attractions for the community to enjoy.
