East Hartford's Goodwin University Extends Reach to Bridgeport

East Hartford's Goodwin University is taking over the University of Bridgeport, allowing that institution to continue providing education while benefiting from the finacial stability and expertise of Goodwin. The new arrangement was recently profiled in the Hartford Courant. Goodwin has also been expanding its presence here in East Hartford, including with a new manufacturing annex at their Pent Road facility and with a new gateway building at the corner of Main Street and Ensign Street, home to American Eagle Financial Credit Union's flagship branch and Rebel Dog Coffee Co., coming soon.
