East Hartford's American Eagle Expanding in Conn. and Mass.

East Hartford-based American Eagle Financial Credit Union will be welcoming new members from Hampden County, Massachusetts.  They already have expanded their membership to New Haven County, Connecticut, and they recently opened a new branch in Avon, Connecticut.  In July of 2017, American Eagle purchased the building at 333 East River Drive, next to Great River Park on the Connecticut River, to become their new headquarters.  They added 90 new jobs in East Hartford and maintain a staff of 200 employees total at the location.
