East Hartford Development Profiled in Hartford Business Journal

Greg Bordonaro, editor of the Hartford Business Journal, recently profiled East Hartford and its ongoing development projects in an interview with Development Director Eileen Buckheit. They discussed a proposal to redevelop the former Showcase Cinemas site with 312 market-rate apartments and 72,000 square feet of commercial space. They also discuss the ongoing expansion of the Goodwin University campus and the potential of a new apartment development at Founders Plaza, near the Connecticut Riverfront.
