The Assessor’s office is going through some changes.  Keep an eye on this link to stay up to date on all our changes and how they may impact you.

Changes as of November 2022:

  • The Assessor's Office will be closed to the public starting December 16, 2022.  We will continue to work with you through remote services similar to what the procedures were during the Pandemic.   We will keep this part of our webpage updated as we go on the different procedures for all our programs.  If you have questions or need something from us, please do not hesitate in calling us at 860-291-7260 or emailing us at Assessor@easthartfordct.gov.

Changes as of December 2022:

  • Field cards/ Property Cards from 1950-2001 are available by request from our office.  We no longer have the physical card but we have them on a digital database our office has access to.
  • Monthly sales will now be available to view online by clicking here

Changes as of February 1, 2023

  • Tax Credit applications have started.  As our office is closed to the public we will be at the East Hartford Senior Center at 15 Milbrook Dr, every Wednesday from 9am-3:30pm.  You can also schedule appointments through the Social Services office with availability on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 10am-4pm by calling 860-291-7248.
