Phase 3 Departments Move Back to Town Hall

The Town of East Hartford is moving Town offices back to the newly renovated space at 740 Main Street. The move will occur in three (3) phases, with phases one (1) and two (2) already complete.

Details for phase three (3) are as follows:

The following departments will be included in the phase 3 move:

 

  • Finance, Purchasing, Grants, Development, Building and Inspections, Registrar of Voters, and Engineering.

The PHASE 3 departments will close to the public on Thursday, May 16th at 4:00pm. Services will be available online only on Friday, May 17th. Visit www.easthartfordct.gov to access available online services during this time.

The PHASE 3 departments will reopen for in-person services on Monday, May 20th at 12:00pm.

During PHASE 3, the following departments will continue to operate out of East Hartford Town Hall at 740 Main Street: Mayor’s Office, Human Resources, Town Council Office, Corporation Counsel, Health and Human Services, Tax Office, Assessor's Office, and Probate Court for the District of East Hartford.
