Dedication of the East Hartford Youth Services' CommUNITY Reflection Garden

Please join Mayor Marcia A. Leclerc and Youth Services in recognizing all the community members, professionals and town departments that helped to create a wonderful new space at East Harford Youth Services. The CommUNITY Reflection Garden is a space for Youth Services groups to run and a spot for individuals coming in and out of our offices to find inspiration and hope.
Light fall themed refreshments will be served and a short video and still images depicting the creation of the mural wall will be shown.
