Food Assistance

 

    DOCUMENTS REQUESTED (for screening to other services) but not REQUIRED for Food ONLY:

  • Photo of identification and residence for all household members 18+

  • Photo ID with current address, current utility bill, mail (not junk mail)

  • Lease or rent receipt in their name or letter from family member/friend they live with

  • Long Form Birth certificates for all minor household members or proof of guardianship/custody.

  • Gross household income for the past 4 weeks.

  • Current budget sheet from DSS, if receiving cash assistance.
