The Parks & Recreation Department offers an array of bus trips in the winter, spring and summer to many destinations throughout greater New England and beyond. For further information, contact the Parks and Recreation Department at (860) 291-7160 or check our website www.easthartfordct.gov. All trips require payment in full at the time of registration. Names of guests must be included with registrations. All bus departs now departs from and returns to the East Hartford Commuter Lot located at Route 5 @ Main Street (Route 15 Exit 30). Just south of the intersection of Silver Lane and Main Street. Seating on the motorcoach is not assigned, but is first come, first seated. Registrations may be made online at www.easthartfordct.gov , in person or by mail at the Parks and Recreation office located at the Community Cultural Center, 50 Chapman Place, East Hartford, CT 06108. A complete name is required for all registrants. Checks are to be made payable to THE TOWN OF EAST HARTFORD. The Parks and Recreation Department will issue NO REFUNDS unless a trip is cancelled. Smoking is prohibited on the motorcoaches. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the motorcoaches. Note: In order for trips to be able to run they may be shared with other groups requiring two or more pick-ups enroute to the destination.
Times for Bus Trips is TBD. You will receive a phone call from Parks & Recreation to let you know of the departure and expected return times. Most trips last all day.
