Zumba® Fitness is a feel-happy workout that combines a motivating   fusion of Latin and  international music with unique moves and dynamic combinations. A mixture of body-sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps, the routines utilize the principles of aerobic interval and resistance training.  A combination of fast and slow rhythms tone and sculpt the body, maximizing caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.

A class designed to lengthen and strengthen your muscles through a blend of Yoga positions and Pilate’s exercises. You will develop core strength, improve flexibility, and learn to integrate various Yoga breaths. No prior experience needed. Class ends with a period of relaxation and meditation that leaves you energized and focused for your day!

Senior Services offers a variety of fitness and enrichment classes, health and wellness screenings, and educational, cultural and social programs to East Hartford residents ages 55 and older. The Corvettes Doo Wop Revue

The Corvettes Doo Wop Revue is dedicated to preserving and performing the music of the 1950’s Doo Wop era. Their incredibly entertaining show and comical stage antics have left many a happy audience screaming for more! In the tradition of legendary Doo Wop revivalists Sha Na Na, every Corvettes show is more than a concert - it’s an all out a Doo Wop Celebration! Harlem Tour

This special trip includes a guided tour of the famed Apollo Theatre. Hear the story of the theatre and the legendary people who performed there. See what if feels like to stand on the stage. Take a peek at the wall back stage full of signatures of all of the famous performers. Have lunch at Harlem’s popular soul food restaurant, Amy Ruth’s. Served family style, a sample menu includes, BBQ Ribs, Fried Chicken, Mac & Cheese, Collards, Yams, Peach Cobbler and Sweet Tea. A riding tour highlights the diversity, history and beauty that is in Harlem. The Lighthouses of Boston Harbor
