If you are looking to enroll your child in a week of camp this summer and need financial assistance, then come into the Parks & Recreation office.  Applications are in the Parks & Recreation office at 50 Chapman Place.  Financial Aid for camps will be issued in the form of one a week session of your choice. Eligibility for campership is determined on the basis of income and need for assistance. The Town of East Hartford does not exclude anyone form Parks & Recreation programs. However, please understand that funds are limited.  With your application, please have a copy of Head of Households 2017 Federal Income Tax Statement and a copy of the participant’s birth certificate.  All information will remain confidential. Camp Weeks: June 18-22, June 25-29, July 2-6, July 9-13, July 16-21, July 23-28, July 30- August 4, August 6- 10. * Dates subject to change with snow days.
