Santa's Visit

Santa’s Visit will take place Sunday, December 9, 2018 from 1:00 - 3:30 p.m. at the Community Cultural Center at 50 Chapman Place.  Santa’s Visit is a holiday experience that typically draws about 400 resident children and their families.  The Community Cultural Center will be transformed with holiday decorations and festive scenes.  Activities will include horse drawn carriage rides, hot chocolate, snowman building competition (weather permitting), bounce house, games, holiday crafts, costumed characters, snacks, and of course, Santa Claus himself will be here for photos and to hear children’s holiday wishes.  The event will conclude with a “Yo Ho HO: Pirate School Christmas Show” by renowned performer David Engle taking place in the auditorium from 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. Parks and Recreation staff will be collecting non-perishable food items during Santa’s Visit to benefit the Food Bank. This is a free community event.
