East Hartford, CT - The Town of East Hartford has launched a town wide community newsletter. “The Pulse of East Hartford” is designed by residents and for residents. Over the past few weeks, the East Hartford community expressed interest in being able to contribute to the newsletter and there are several opportunities to do so.

- Do you enjoy photography and would like to showcase your skill? Residents are invited to submit photos of East Hartford that best represent our town for inclusion in the newsletter. The theme of this contest is "East Hartford Through Your Lens," and photos that best represent what makes East Hartford so special will be featured in the newsletter.
