Valentine’s Day with Musician Bruce John at the Senior Center
East Hartford, CT—The East Hartford Senior Center invites you to enjoy celebrate Valentine’s Day with your friends at the center, enjoying a concert by Bruce John—Connecticut-based musician. The event will take place on Friday, February 14th from 2-4pm at the Senior Center, located at 70 Canterbury Street.
Bruce John will play songs like America the Beautiful and God Bless America, along with nineteenth century classics like Oh Susannah, I’ve been working on the Railroad and Bicycle Built for Two, and many more. All of his songs are meant to be sung along with: Four Leaf Clover, Baby Face, Bye Bye Black Bird, 5’2 Eyes are Blue, Side by Side.
Tickets for the show are available at the Senior Center for $2 per person, and can be purchased Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
The event is sponsored by “The Friends of the Senior Center” as well as refreshments will be provided by “Caregiver Homes”. We hope you join us in this high energy show!
