Town of East Hartford Offices Closed in Observance of Good Friday

Curbside Waste Collection Delayed by One Day
Trash Collection will take place April 3rd.

East Hartford, CT— All town offices, including the East Hartford transfer station, will be closed on Friday, April 2 in observance of Good Friday. All town offices will reopen Monday, April 5, for regularly scheduled hours of operation.    

Curbside trash pickup and recycling scheduled for Friday, April 2, 2021 will be delayed by one day and will be picked up on Saturday, April 3, 2021.

The normal transfer station schedule is as follows:  Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 7:15 a.m. to 11:55 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 2:35 p.m. (holidays excluded), and the first and third Saturdays of the month from 8:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. (holidays excluded). The transfer station is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
