Pool admission is free for residents, check the Parks and Recreation website or call (860) 291-7160 for information on age restrictions, public swim times and locations. The Farmer’s Market is a great way to get locally grown fresh produce and support Connecticut farms and agriculture. This produce is often sold the same day it is harvested.

Those looking to perfect their golf swing can of course do so at the East Hartford Golf Club located at 130 Long Hill Street. Call (860) 616-6649 to schedule a tee time, or for more information.
