Final "Coats for Kids" Sign-Up
The East Hartford Health & Social Services will be holding a final “Coats for Kids Sign-up” for those households that were unable to attend the initial sign-ups held during the months of June and July. A limited amount of new coats are still available for East Hartford youth, between the ages of 5-12 years, from low income families.
Final Sign-Ups will be Held:
Tuesday, October 2, 2018
9:30 – 11:00 a.m. & 2:00- 3:00 p.m.
Social Services Department, Lower Level, East Hartford Town Hall, 740 Main Street
At the time of sign-up, the following information must be provided:
- Proof of East Hartford residency: photo ID with current address, current bill or current rent receipt
- Proof of current gross monthly household income
- Current budget sheet from DSS (for cash assistance only)
- Proof of dates of birth for all family/household members
- Long form birth certificates for all household members under age 18
- Proof of guardianship/custody, if applicable
APPLICATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ON THIS DATE AND THESE TIMES. NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED OVER THE PHONE
