East Hartford Coats for Kids Program was a Success

East Hartford, CT – This year’s annual Coats for Kids program was another success, benefiting many local families who lined up outside the Burlington Coat Factory on Silver Lane to participate in the event on Sunday, October 17th. Working in partnership with the East Hartford Social Services Department, the Rotary provides the funding for prescreened participants between the ages of 1-16 to select a new winter coat every fall. This event is just one of the many great partnerships the Town’s Social Services Department has with the East Hartford Rotary.
