COVID-19 Vaccination Information
East Hartford, CT - The Town of East Hartford is committed to sharing COVID-19 vaccination information received from the State of Connecticut with our residents. To date, East Hartford has been provided a limited number of doses to vaccinate first responders and local healthcare providers.
Currently, Connecticut is in phase 1B of statewide vaccination plan. Individuals 75 and older are eligible in phase 1B of CT’s COVID-19 vaccination program. In partnership with the CT Department of Public Health (CT-DPH), United Way of Connecticut/2-1-1 is setting up a dedicated COVID Vaccine Appointment Assistance line to enable phone-based scheduling of vaccine appointments. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:30 pm, with a call-back option when all contact specialists are busy serving other callers.
Individuals 75 and older should speak with their health provider regarding eligibility prior to reaching out and scheduling an appointment. Please call 2-1-1 for more information or to schedule a vaccine appointment.
