The East Hartford Senior Center invites you to Drumming with Tim Kane on Monday, February 24th from 11am-12pm at the Senior Center, located at 70 Canterbury Street.
Drumming is an excellent senior activity. There are many benefits such as decreased anxiety and depression, improved joint mobility and posture, and increased energy to name a few. Drum circles are becoming very popular for all age groups. This is open to all participants of all abilities.
