First Choice to Promote Behavioral and LGBTQ+ Services at East Hartford Farmers' Market
First Choice Health Centers (FCHC), in addition to offering COVID-19 vaccinations at the East Hartford Farmers' Market, will now promote additional clinic services through 10/29/21, including behavioral health and LGBTQ+ health. As always, no appointment or insurance is required to receive any of the COVID-19 vaccines. First dose recipients will receive $20 in Farmers' Market vouchers to be redeemed any time before 10/29/21. Choose between:
- Moderna:
- Two shots are required at least 28 days apart
- Age 18 and over
- Pfizer:
- Two shots are required at least 21 days apart
- FDA approved for everyone age 12 and over
- Booster doses offered for Pfizer only. Read more about booster dose recommendations.

HIV treatment

Gender-affirming hormone therapy
