East Hartford Police Department K9 Unit Celebrates 25th Anniversary, Retires K9 Primo and Remembers K9 Odin

In a ceremony on January 28, Mayor Marcia A. Leclerc joined with the East Hartford Police Department K9 Unit to celebrate its 25th anniversary among family, friends, department members and K9 teams from neighboring towns. The department also wished K9 Primo a happy retirement, after nearly a decade of service to the department and offered a moment of silence for retired K9 Odin, who passed away in October 2015.
