Annually the East Hartford Police Department honors Department members with various awards in recognition of their actions and performance during incidents that occurred the prior year. This year’s ceremony will be this coming Thursday, June 2, 2016, at 3:30 PM at East Hartford Police Headquarters. Honored will be the East Hartford Police Department’s Officer of the Year, Officer Kenneth Sullivan. Department members receiving awards including Life Saving Citations, Meritorious Service Citations, Military Service Citations, and Letters of Commendation will also be recognized.
All are welcome to attend.
