Eliza’s Energy Source, The Fitness Creators in cooperation with the Parks & Recreation Department will be hosting this event and you’re invited to join us as we continue to promote healthy choices and health living. We strive to raise awareness on how to live a healthier lifestyle by providing a variety of free screenings, educational materials, healthy products, fitness and cooking demonstrations, and much more.
