Applications and Fees

The following is a listing of the applications and fees set forth by the Town Planning and Zoning Commission, The Zoning Board of Appeals, and the Inland/Wetland Commission. The fees along with an original signed copy of the application, the specified number of copies as stipulated within each application, and any other material as specified by each individual application should be submitted to the Town of East Hartford's Development Department.

All applications and fees are subject to change, and all applications include an additional fee of $60 as set forth by the Connecticut General Assembly in Public Act 09-3, Section 396, which amends Section 22a-27j of the General Statutes.

Checks for these applications can be made payable to "The Town of East Hartford."

Applications that are available on-line can be retrieved by double clicking on the name of the application - otherwise, applications can be picked up in the Development Department at East Hartford Town Hall, 740 Main Street.
