There is established a Public Building Commission. The Public Building Commission shall consist of seven members as follows: two members of the Town Council, not more than one from the same political party, appointed by the chair of the Town Council, and five electors of the town who shall not be members of the Town Council or Board of Education. Members shall be appointed for a term of five years. The terms of the members of the Town Council shall terminate when the Council term during which the Town Council member was appointed expires.
